UAE orders travel in a temperature-controlled courier vehicle kept cold (around 2 to 8°C), so loose ice packs are not needed. Your peptides also ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at room temperature — brief warmth in transit does not affect it.

Just let the vial come to room temperature, then reconstitute it, and keep it refrigerated after mixing.

We accept Credit & Debit Cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), Tamara (pay in 4, interest-free), Cryptocurrency, and Cash on Delivery. A small handling fee applies to COD orders.

Yes. We ship to all GCC countries — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain — via tracked standard courier.

GCC shipments generally clear customs without issue. However, in the rare event that a shipment is held or returned by customs, a refund will only be issued once we have physically received the items back at our facility in Dubai. Return shipping costs in such cases are not covered by NOVA Labs.

Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery for select customers on orders up to 5,000 AED including the handling fee. A small handling fee (5% of the order, minimum 20 AED) is added to COD orders and shown at checkout.

Pens and sprays are our most delicate cold-chain parcels, so Cash on Delivery unlocks on them once you have 2 completed orders with us — after that it simply appears at checkout, with nothing to request.

Oral capsules arrive as individually measured, ready-to-use units and ship under the same standard-delivery rules as vials. Pens arrive pre-mixed for precise dosing, while nasal sprays provide a needle-free ready-to-use format; both are UAE-only cold-chain products.

Any standard insulin pen needle — available from any pharmacy — fits our pens, and we include a few starter needles to get you going.
